To the observer watching a human hamster is bizarre. To the participant it’s an exhilarating and at times hilarious activity running around inside a large plastic inflatable ball. We like to set a few goals and provide a race track for our human hamsters to roll around. This activity, as you can imagine, never fails to make everyone smile.
